Returns
If your product is defective, please inform our staff immediately and we will replace it for you.
We do not accept returns of products purchased from retailers, mistakenly purchased, or damaged due to customer error.
Furthermore, we do not accept returns of undamaged or incorrectly shipped items.
To request a return, please email our customer service email address. Once approved, customer service will ask you to ship the item back to our global warehouse in the United States. Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked money-back policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product within 30 days of receipt, and we will issue a refund immediately upon receiving the return. Please note that returned products must be in their original packaging and in good working order. Refunds will be processed after our team confirms receipt of the return.
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of order completion: rayowfirlitl@hotmail.com. For orders that have been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel, change the shipping address, or intercept the order. If you require a refund, you must ship the item back to us.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Delivery time for replacement items depends on your location.
If the value of your returned item exceeds $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sorry, clearance items are non-refundable. Only full-price items are refundable.
